IGNITE Academy provides students with hands-on technical training, mentorship, and career skills that open doors to a future in the automotive industry. Your donation makes these life-changing opportunities possible—equipping young minds with the tools they need for success.
2025 IGNITE Highlights
- Twenty hands-on workshops, from body detailing, collision, carborator restoration and facitlity tours, providing students with diverse skills.
- 26 partnerships with local automotive leaders such as Hoehn Family of Dealerships, Mission Hills Automotive, INO Collisions and Sedano Automotive Group providing mentorship and real-world career exploration to Academy students.
- Eight students participated in the 2025 La Jolla Concours d’Elegance as Junior Judges. A ninth is now recognized as a full judge.
- 18 Interniships, two pre-apprenticeships and two full apprenticeships with two different partners.
