Admission tickets are not mailed. The email confirmation is your ticket. Just show your email confirmation (printed or on your mobile device) at the admissions desk. Admission tickets are valid for 7 days from date of purchase.
All product orders are processed within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders placed after 12pm are treated as if they came in the next business day.
Pick Up at the Museum
You can pick up your order at our Museum for no additional charge. Select this option during check out. You will receive an email when your order is ready. Bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order. Orders can be picked up during Museum hours: Tuesday-Sunday, 10am-4:30pm. We are closed Mondays.
Orders are held 14 for days.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship USPS Priority Mail to ensure the most secure and fastest shipping experience.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within the expected delivery date, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and packaging we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 3 days at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
If an order is returned to us as non-deliverable, the dollar amount of the purchased item will be refunded minus shipping costs.
